DT Rose card for SweetStamps Challenge#123

Hi to all you lovely Crafters and none Crafters!!

Hope you had a very nice weekend. Well my weekend was great, thanks! Here in Edinburgh was the Royal Highland Show and we went on Saturday. It was showery all day but very nice! Love all the farm animals.

Well it is Tuesday and that means another Challenge across with SweetStamps! This week it is Roses!

Have a look what I created for you all hope you like what you about to see!!!!

The stamp I used is Rose bouquet Small 707

Well here is my recipe!

Here is my main card again!

I made a A5 card with White Card stock

Layered it with lovely Pink Card

Then used a Embossed White Silk Card for the top layer

I used a Martha Steward  Lacy Corner Punch 

Added Pearls to my corners

The frame I used is a die from Cheery Lynn Designs DL127, Celtic Fire Oval Frame. 

The stamps is Rose bouquet Small 707

I used Promarkers and Copic's to colour my Image

Pastel Pink, Soft Peach, Tulip Yellow,

Soft Lime, Apple, Grass,Forest Green, Powder Blue and Ice Grey1

Copic: R83 &R81

Inside my card I used the negative of my die and used the 

Martha Steward lace Corner Punch

"H" for Hatpin

Hi everybody,

Well here is Scotland the weather cannot seem to be making up it mind!! Well enough of the weather lets get onto much nicer goodies that makes us all smile and be happy! CRAFTING..... what did you think? lol

Well across at Hobbycutz we are having another lovely Challenge.  

Cannot believe it is already Challenge #9. 

Well the theme is something with the letter "H" This theme has been chosen by our talented DT member The Cook.

Here is my take on it and to resemble my "H" is for Hatpin!

I used Red 300gsm card for my main card and made a A5 card

For the Base of my Image

I use a Hobbycutz Die and cut the Gold Mirri Card and layered with the Red 

This lovely "Eva Pear" is a digi from Kenny K

I coloured her in with Promarkers:

Ice Grey 1, Ivory, Vanilla, Blush, Sunkissed Pink,

Lime twist, Lipstick Red, Poppy, Umber

Cocoa, Caramel and Tan

For some highlights a Gold Gel Pen

I made the lovely Headpin with beads and added a 

White Feather

The lovely Cogs is from Hobbycutz and is so 

versatile

The inside of the card is the negatives of my die's

Have a look what I created for you all hope you like what you about to see!!!!

Well this week we are teaming up with Pinque Peacock and have these lovely 

creations from them to add to our projects!

This is a 6 x 6 card created with Ribbed White Card Stock

I layered it with Pink and soft Yellow Pearl Card

Embossed 1 of the soft yellow layers with the French Dots

This is a lovely Rose Flower from Pinque Peacock

I added this flower to 

a Spellbinder die scallops circles and used DP papers

Added 4 Pearls to the corners 

I finish the front off with these lovely dies from

SweetCuts 

Cut the cut out die into 4 corners

This is such a fantastic versatile die

In the inside of my card I decorated it with the negative of the 

Spellbinders Small Scalloped Circle

and layered with the soft Yellow Card

DT Card for SS Monthly Technique Challenge Chalkboard Technique

Well it is time for my monthly DT project for Sweet Stamps Monthly Technique Challenge!

The monthly challenge at SweetStamps Challenges is focused on techniques and will run from the 15th of the current month to the 14 of the next month.

The Technique Challenge this Month 15 June ending 14 July is Chalkboard Technique!

Well here is my take on it:

I used plain white card stock for my main card and the size is A5

For my image image just Matt black card stock

The stamp I used a lovely corner stamp from SweetStamps

and this is a very clever stamp 

You can use it as a corner or make a frame with it.

I embossed my stamped image and used the lovely Fine Detail EP White Embossing Powder from 

SweetStamps.com

To create the Chalkboard Technique I used my dust buddy

I wrote with a white pastel pencil on the chalk board!
