The Birthday Boy on His Travels

Here is my creation I wish to share with you on this Sunday.  Hopefully some inspiration for you too!

Weekly Challenge C#184: Masculine Birthday Card


Well here is my project for some inspiration for you! 

The Birthday Boy on His Travels 


I used a white plain base card stock and layered it with Kraft card



The inside
The size of the card is larger than a A5 so I had to add more card
to complete the back of my card so I decorated it with layers of my card stock


This is a lovely new stamp just release in the beginning of August
and his name is Xavier

I used Promarkers to color him in:
Cool Grey 1 and 3
Warm Grey 2 and 3
Capri Blue, Pastel Blue
Henna, Tan and Caramel
Vanilla, Blush and Ivory

 

This embellishments I made with the scraps of my rosette die


I used a rosette die to make this double rosette

My Sweet Flower in the Garden DT Card

Weekly Challenge C#182:

 In the Garden

Well here is my project for some inspiration for you! 

My Sweet Flower in The Garden 



My main card is a 7 x 7 and I used White hammered card stock
I layered with Red and green card
I stamped these new Swirl stamps from SweetStamps.com
I used Promarker to color just the leaves in
I used distressed ink for shading around the edges of my image layer



The sentiment is from a ArtsyFarsty Stamp set

Pretty Frames & Silhouettes Clear Stamp Set AF4804

The lovely dies are from SweetCuts

Fancy Leaf SweetCuts Die sc006 and Pretty Petals SweetCuts sc008



Daisy Center Medallion SweetCuts Die sc052
I cut into this die to create the corners 
and added a Pearl to finish of the 4 corners

Megan's Night Out


I made a Double Side Stepper Card out of Plain White Cards Stock
Layered with DP paper and Turquoise card stock 


This is 1 of the lovely new stamps by SweetStamps.com
She is called Megan

I used Promarkers to color Ginger in:
Vanilla, Blush and Ivory and R81
Walnut Burnt Orange, Ginger, Amber
Oatmeal, Duck Egg
Distress In:
Peacock Feathers


This is a lovely die from Cheery Lynn
Flourish Die Victorian romance corner DL151
and used Gold Mirir Card


On both the stepper sides I layered with DP Paper and Turquoise card
I used a lovely flourish die from Cheery Lynn
B387 Tiny Fanciful Flourish Left and Right Set of 2
cut out from Gold Mirir Card
I added roses to form a posy

The Pink Bling Fuchsia

Hi every one!

This is Tuesday again and that just means 1 thing that across at

The Pink Bling Fuchsia



I used plain white base card and 
I layered it with Dotted Glitter Card


I used Pink Pearl card and 
The stamp is a lovely Large Fuchsia Stamp from 
I stamped it with clear ink pad and embossed it with White embossing powder
I used a Glitter Glue Pen and add Pink, White, L-Green and D-Green Glitter
I added Gems around the Die cut frame form Cherry Lynn Horizon French Flair


I used a French Lattice die and made a stopper for my card
I added 2 roses and leaves to complete my card

Sweet Christmas Wishes

Hi every one!

This is Tuesday again and that just means 1 thing that across at

Sweet Christmas Greenery


I used white hammered card and made a stepper card
I used Bundled Sage Distress Inks and shaded my edges
I used the lovely leave die from SweetCuts and
the Ivy corner for my greenery


 I used a Spellbinders Oval Plain and Scalloped
die and layered my image with green card stock


This is such a clever stamp due set from SweetStamps.com
It is a real fun image to colour in and I used Promarkers to color it in
Promarkers I used:
Tan, Caramel, Cocoa and Poppy Red


My sentiment I stamped on a Small Round Spellbinders die and I
cut another scalloped out with green card
Made a lovely bow with a snowflake for the center 
I added red gems to my card for the contrast against the white and green
