Next week's Challenge #147 is

Simple Christmas

We have another Technique Challenge once a month and is ending on the 14 December

The theme for that challenge is

Micro Beads

Well everybody here is my take on the Borders Challenge:

I made a 6 X 6 card
I love this color choice this time of the year!!
My main card is from a 300 grams red card stock from my stash

I stamped this lovely Poinsettia Corner stamp
4 times to form this lovely frame

I used Promarkers to color it in
Red Berry, Lipstick Red &
Pear Green

I added Liquid Pearls in the center of my flowers
On the big Poinsettia in the corner I painted with
a thin paintbrush over the leaves with H2o
I used a Craft Blade to cut these delicate flowers just on the outside
of the square out because I still wanted the center to remain for a base
for my main image

I used a lovely Marianne Design
and cut the frame out of the Green
Layered it all up

Added 4 Red Pearls to the corners

I die cut this love Poinsettia out of Parchment
Took a ball tool and gone around the edges and the center of each leave
I took H2o to get a bit of a glitter effect on the leaves and
then used a small brush to paint the leaves with 3D paint Stamp Paint
This is a new product from SweetStamps.com
Amazing stuff!
I used 3 sizes of plain circle Spellbinder dies and cut 1 in Green and 1 in Red and 1 in White
I added green String Beads in the center
Then layered it on the Green, Red and White Circle
I let the leaves that I cut out with the Craft Blade lay over the White Circle

needed supplies from the SweetStamps Store
