Here is my take on the Challenge this week!

Piecing my Medallion Heart Together

This months technique is 3D Paper Piecing
It is an image that you stamp or it could be a
digital image you printed or stamped
several time
Depending on how many layers you require
The base image is normally
the whole image
You then decide how many layers you are going to build up
That is the way you create the
3D paper piecing technique

I made a 7 X 7 card from white base card
I used a medallion stamp from SweetStamps.com
I decided to make 4 layers
so I had to stamp my image 4X.
I colored my image in according
Cut each layer and add to my base image
Until I reach my top layer
I added a white flat back gem to the center
I mounted my image on a white base card and
then layered it with a deep red card stock
I positioned it to the top right of my base card
I took a strip of the red card and added White silk ribbon to it
and glued it to the left side of my base
I made 3 bows in different sizes and colours
and added it to the bottom of my image
I added to more flat back gems to the 2 top corners

Bambi in the Forrest

I really had fun doing this project!!
I just love White and Green together.
It creates
such a fresh look.
I made a Picture that I am going to frame for my new Craft Room.
It is a 12cm X20cm.
I used White plane card and poked a frame around the
edge
I layered the Image layer on White Glitter Cardstock
and then on the lovely Olive Green
to reflect the leaves

I have used several SweetCuts from SweetStamps.com
They are so intricate and detailed
I used a handheld punch to punch the small green leaves
I added 3 small Roses and also added
little Pearl Flowers
I added a small White Bow to Bambi
and
finished it off with a small Pearl Flower
in the center of the bow
