Hi everybody!!!

What a lovely time of the year.
All the new lambs that is getting born and all the new bulbs that is just start shooting up.
The lovely fields of Daffodils, yellow every where.  Although it is very dull looking at the moment here in Scotland,  there is still a field full of the yellow here and there like sunshine!

I would love everybody to come and join in with us across at Hobbycutz.

Well here is my take on this week's challenge

Easter

I made a easel card with a semi circle at the top.
I layered the 2 rectangular bits with DP and then onto yellow and pink card stock.
I adhered it with double thick dimension tape to create height and a stopper

This is one of the lovely lazer cuts from Hobbycutz.
I painted all my lazer cuts 1st with White Gesso.
Took my Promarkers and highlighted some areas with pink, green, blue and yellow.
I triple embossed it with dimension embossing powder.
After the last layer I added glitter and heated it again so that the glitter could melt into the embossing powder. I took string and made a bow tie for the rabbit.
I didn't had squiggly eyes so I took 2 white beads and just made a black dot in the center.

I created a cluster of flowers and added 2 butterflies
I used a punch by Martha Stewart.
I cut 2 layers out of DP and added diamante for the body.

These Lovely lazer cut lettering is so nice.
Again I painted it with White Gesso.
I embossed the letters in different colours.
Then triple embossed it and added the glitter and heated it again.
I took a round punch and  punched 6 circles out of white card stock.
I used craft wire and glued each letter to it.
I glued the circle to the back of each letter to hide the wire.
The white circles made my letters pop.
I made a big bow in pink and made a triple bow in yellow ribbon.
I took a pink pearl and stuck it to a yellow button and glued to the center of the bow.
I made loops with pink string and yellow ribbon and added to the back of the bow
I took all the wires with the letters and glued it to the back of the bow.
I attached the finished embellishment to the semi circle of the card.
Again added another 2 of the butterflies I punched out with a Martha Stewart punch
I twisted the yellow bow ends and stuck them to the butterflies,
so it looks like that the butterflies are flying away with the ribbon.

Well I hope you enjoyed this project of mine and hope I could be of some inspiration to you!
